One of the coolest and most technically advanced games I’ve seen in terms of the way it was built and the way it was programmed was finally released on the Android platform. F-Sim Space Shuttle flight simulator was a knockout success on the iOS and went on to receive numerous praises from some of the most highly respected review companies in the world of technology. The thing that sets this app apart from many of the other flight simulators is the way that is responds in the way and actual orbiting flight shuttle would. Never before has such an accurately amazing app for space exploration been released.

I remember back in the early 90s when flight simulators were becoming really popular. They had a crazy amount of programming put into that little tricolored series of moving pixels and it was fun. The child form of myself had a blast repeatedly crashing that triangle block over and over without fail. The kids these days don’t know how spoiled they are to have something like this in the palm of their hand. Where I had a little triangle, they have a full color, realistic space shuttle to thrust around.

There’s no doubt in my mind that this is one of the coolest flight simulator apps out there. There will probably be a future space explorer or astronaut who uses this app. With the way it is so realistic and can deliver nail biting play time after time it is truly remarkable. When SwipePad first came on the market a little while ago it hit it big. People loved the navigation using just swipes to go from app to app without having to resort to the home screen in between. There hasn’t been an award winning app like this is quite some time and once you use Sidebar you’ll realize why. This is truly an amazing and revolutionary addition to any Android user’s experience with their mobile device. Anyone who has a Mac or a PC equipped with a sidebar knows exactly how useful it is. Now combining that with the services on a phone make it that much more seamless and easy to transition from app to app.

Sidebar comes in two forms. There is the free Lite version, and the paid Pro version. Depending on how heavy of a user of your device you may just need the Lite, but if you need a lot of things open and easy to access then Pro is surely the way to go. The main difference in features between the Pro and Lite versions is that with Pro you have the option to pin unlimited amounts of apps, widgets and shortcuts to your Sidebar. With Lite you can only have 8 and 3 widgets. To some that may be limiting but to others it’s all they need.

This app has made navigating and using Android a much better experience for me ever since I started using it. No longer do I have to make crazy back presses or cut back to the home screen when I don’t want to. I can just use the sidebar to pop up and go exactly where I want, when I want.
