Chrome: View Enlarge Facebook Photos Using Magnifier for Facebook

Magnifier Viewer for Facebook happens to be an extension for Chrome enabling users to view enlarged images on Facebook with not even opening them in the Image Viewer. The extension will allow you to zoom into the photo and then disable the theater view in Facebook’s photo viewer. You will be able to easily view the enlarged photo by just moving your mouse over the thumbnail preview, or simply by pressing the right click button and selecting to open the photo into another tab.

As the name of the extension implies, the Magnifier for Facebook will also zoom in on the photo that appears to be larger than that of its actual size, but the magnifying feature can also halt or brought down to a shortcut for further toggling it.

With the extension installed onto your system, photos start appearing in a floating manner to you on a required page, as you will move your cursor over them. As you have your mouse cursor move over the photo, it will start to load instantly as a default feature. This technique has made the extension extremely sensitive and rather aggravating but luckily, you can easily adjust it and several other settings in the options available with the extension.

As the extension is extremely sensitive to the movement of your cursor’s movement, you will see that it obstructs your browsing speed and normally delays the loading of images that you are considering viewing. Thus, the best approach here is to head over the Magnifier for Facebook’s extension options initially and alter the time entered in the ‘Delay’ field to avoid this. You can also add in the effect of fade in or fade out, in case you prefer increasing the time in these particular fields.

Magnifier for Facebook will also enable you to view the caption of the image, but you can easily turn it off by navigating through the settings of the extension. The right click menu can be disabled, along with the theater view. The shortcuts and keys can also let you disable the zooming feature or simply restrict it a specific key pressed down. On the other hand, you can also set the extension to halt the zoom feature when a certain key is pressed. Ensure you save all your changes before you exist the extension’s settings.

The right-click menu offer several options for viewing an enlarged image in a new tab, and can also be downloaded. Keep this in mind that the photo downloads will be in its actual size. The extension may be restricted and in that case it just works for images, but images make up a significant part of the content being shared over Facebook. Apparently, the extension load the images relatively faster compared to the default photo viewer and if you are keen to view images than posting or reading comments, Magnifier for Facebook is what you should be opting for.

Google Keep: Note Taking Web App and Android App Now Available

Everyone comes across that time in their online browsing or daily activities when they just need to make a quick note of something. Usually you forget and don’t write it down and it all seems to be meaningless until that thing you needed to remember comes up. It’s very frustrating and in the world of today with little things to remember around every corner there is finally a good app that can help you do all of these things and more. Google rolled out a new app experience called Keep. This is directly integrated with Google Drive, so users of that service will have everything they make a note of instantly transferred there as well to make sure it goes with you everywhere your mobile devices do.

So what exactly is Google Keep? It’s basically a note taking service, but on steroids. It not only allows you to make notes on anything and everything on the fly, and in an organized way, but it can also have pictures, captions, voice integration and checklists. Personally, I think this performs better for what I need than Evernote. After that huge EverNote security issue, if you’re looking for an alternative then check out Google Keep.

Never forget about your daily activities or things you need to make a quick note of again. The interface is great and natural and takes no time at all to learn. It’s a great option and it will truly help the way you organize your life.

Tabs Outliner: Possibly the Best Tab and Browser Saving Extension Out There

About a week ago I reviewed an extension for Google Chrome that dealt with the concept of saving and exporting tabs from the your browser. That extension left several things to be desired and left me pleased, but not satisfied with the results. It then came to my attention with the help of our great TechnoBB community that there was a far better option for the exact purpose of saving tabs, making notes on tabs, and an all around better experience for internet browsing. This extension is called Tabs Outliner and it basically does anything and everything you would want.

We all have those points in our internet life when the browser is jam packed with tabs. You might have one window open with twenty tabs and another with ten and it just gets out of hand fast. The reality is you most likely don’t actually need all of those tabs open at once and they are literally just draining your computer’s power and resources. This is when a tool like this comes in handy. You can simply save the tabs in the locations they’re in for later, or even save them to send out and access from another device in the future. There is literally no need to keep them all open any more at once unless you’re just a hoarder.

The other great thing about this extension is the idea that you can make notes on the fly about various tabs you have open. People always want to jot things down and in this day and age making hard copy notes on something digital is just antiquated and sloppy. With Tabs Outliner you can make notes and save them to a particular tab. Not only will this help keep you organized, but it will also make the tab noted to be saved by Tabs Outliner when you shut down the browser.

Add to those features one of the best backup and restoration features I’ve ever encountered with an amazing export interface, and you have yourself one amazing tool for maximizing your performance and the performance of your computer. I can’t believe I’ve browsed and used the internet for so long without having a tool like this to help me along.

SnipSnap Coupon Android app available now on Google Play

Coupons are getting bigger and bigger these days. The amount of money that you can save by purchasing goods on sale and using coupons is incredible. If you’ve ever seen the show Extreme Couponing you can get an idea of the possibilities of using coupons in an intelligent and methodical way. SnipSnap is an amazing app which is new to the market, but has been making strides and turning heads ever since its introduction. This app has single handedly revolutionized the way we use coupons and how effective they can be.

With SnipSnap, all you need to do is take pictures of the coupons you have and then use the app as the storage for all of your coupons. This makes it unbelievably easier than trucking around piles and piles of mismatched sized clippings and paper scraps. This compiles your entire collection of money saving tickets to one convenient and organized place. Since the coupon is conveniently and instantly converted by the app to a mobile version, every single one of your coupons can be made electronic and not have to worry about the picture being good enough or the barcode reading correctly.

This app has literally thought of everything you could need to save money in one way or another. Since it is linked to the internet and your phone’s location systems, it will alert you when coupons in a store you just entered are going to expire, which coupons you have for this store, or allow you to search for new online coupons that will work in that store.

There is also a social media aspect to the app. You can follow friends and link up to see what coupons they are using and which ones they save. This means you can share coupons and techniques with them and help each other shop even smarter. You can also see how successful people have been at redeeming the coupons you have at other stores since there is nothing worse than the embarrassment of using a coupon that doesn’t work.

All in all snip snap will save you time and money. Those are the two aspects in life which you need saving no matter what so why not try it out and be one of the millions who use it now.
