Apple said the company sold out 2 million units of iPhone 5 in China in three days after its launch on 14 December. Indeed it sets new record for the Apple in China, However in the Apple’s press release, Company CEO Tim Cook said that:
“Customer response to iPhone 5 in China has been incredible, setting a new record with the best first weekend sales ever in China. China is a very important market for us and customers there cannot wait to get their hands on Apple products.”
Defiantly China has become a valuable market for the Apple. Apple shares fell 3.8% on Friday to $509 after the iPhone 5 China debut. Apple iPhone 5 will be approachable in more than 100+ countries by the end of this month.
