Uninstalling apps on Android can be a pain. There are no two ways about it, you’ll have to at one point in time go into whatever user or system settings your phone has and uninstall apps. Whether it’s from the memory on your phone getting low, the battery being drained, or just wanting to de-clutter this is a reality of owning a smartphone. Often times once you go into the interface to uninstall apps you end up realizing you don’t need a bunch of them and have to sit there and uninstall them one by one which is not only a waste of time, but completely unnecessary when there are apps like GO App Uninstaller out there.
There are a few things that set this app uninstaller apart from the rest of the field. First of all it is so easy a child could use, literally. All that it requires is a simple check of a box next to the app you want gone and then to tap “uninstall”. It really could not be much more straight forward to uninstall multiple apps at once. The other aspect about this app that makes it great is that it can also delete ROOT apps that come with your phone, but usually cannot be selected to delete. Often times these apps are huge in size, but if you don’t use them you’re simply out of luck.
The main feature of this app that really makes it amazing is the recycle bin feature. When apps are removed, they are not fully erased immediately which helps significantly with the removal of ROOTed apps. Since these are system apps and folders, sometimes deleting them can cause issues with your phone and the way it works. If this is the case simply go back into the recycle bin in the app and restore the app that caused the malfunction. If there is no malfunction and you wish to completely get rid of the files simply hit “Permanent Delete” and never worry about them again.
This is a simple app, but for the vast majority of people who just want to clear up their system and phone memory it does everything you will need. There are other apps which can give a much more complex and detailed breakdown of app storage and installation but most people will have everything they need and more from GO App Uninstaller.
